Delivery and returns

Orders leave our United States warehouse within one business day, delivery runs 3 to 7 business days, and you have 60 days from delivery to ask for your money back.

Shipping is free on three and six bottle orders inside the United States. On the two bottle package the carrier charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.

How the parcel arrives

Bottles travel in a plain padded box with no branding on the outside, so nothing on your doorstep announces what you ordered. Inside, each bottle is sealed under an induction liner. If that seal is broken or missing when the box reaches you, do not take the capsules: photograph it and email us, and a replacement goes out the same week. Three and six bottle orders arrive in one box rather than several, and the digital guides are emailed separately within an hour of the order going through.

If something goes wrong with the parcel

Write to us with the order number. A parcel confirmed lost by the carrier is replaced at our cost, and bottles that arrive damaged are replaced once you send a photograph, within seven days of delivery. A delivery problem never shortens your 60-day guarantee window.

Returns, step by step

Email us inside 60 days of delivery. Send your order number to [email protected] and say you would like a refund. No form to fill in, no reason required.
We reply with the return address. Usually the same business day, always within one.
Post the bottles back. Opened, part used or empty is all fine. Return postage is yours unless the return is our error, in which case we cover it.
We refund the purchase price. Processed within two business days of the parcel arriving, back to the card that paid. Banks then take their usual 3 to 10 business days to show it.

The original shipping charge, where one was paid, is not refunded, because it was paid to the carrier. Full wording sits on the refund policy page.

Read this before you reply to any email claiming to be us. We will never ask for your card number, your CVV or your bank login by email, by text or on the phone. If a message asks for those, it is not from BloodPril. Forward it to us and delete it.
