Why these three ingredients and nothing else
Pillar one: nitric oxide is the mechanism worth targeting
BloodPril is built around one pathway rather than a long ingredient list. The endothelium, the single cell layer lining every blood vessel, produces nitric oxide from L-arginine. That nitric oxide diffuses into the muscle layer around the vessel and tells it to relax, which widens the vessel and lowers the resistance blood pushes against.[3] Endothelial function is one of the few levers a supplement can plausibly touch, which is why the formula spends all 500 mg of its blend there instead of spreading them across a dozen botanical extracts.
What it does not do is act like medication. Blood pressure is set by a system with many inputs: sodium intake, weight, alcohol, sleep, stress, kidney function and inherited factors among them.
