Refund policy

In effect from July 2026. Applies to buybloodpril.com and to orders placed through it.

The promise in one sentence

If BloodPril does not earn its place in your routine, email us within 60 days of the day your parcel was delivered and we will refund what you paid for the product.

What the window covers

Sixty calendar days, counted from the delivery date recorded by the carrier rather than from the day you ordered. Every package size is covered on the same terms. Opened bottles, half finished bottles and empty bottles all qualify, because a policy that only accepts sealed goods is a policy that does not want you to try the product.

Starting a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and a line saying you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason, take a survey or speak to anyone on the phone. We reply with the return address, usually the same business day.

Sending the bottles back

Post everything you received from the order, including bottles you have opened. Use a tracked service if you can, since we can only refund against a package that arrives. Return postage is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong product or the bottles arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.

How the money comes back

We process refunds within two business days of your package reaching us. The amount goes back to the card that paid for the order. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, typically 3 to 10 business days. The purchase price of the product is refunded in full. Any shipping charge paid on the original order is not, because it was paid to the carrier.

Where the policy stops

Requests made after the 60 day window has closed, packages that never arrive back with us, and orders placed anywhere other than buybloodpril.com fall outside this policy. We cannot refund a bottle bought from a marketplace listing, because we did not sell it and we cannot vouch for what is inside it.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind within a couple of hours of ordering, email us and we will try to stop the parcel before it leaves. Once a tracking number exists the order is on its way, and the refund route above is the one to use.
