What this notice covers

This notice explains what buybloodpril.com collects when you browse the store or place an order, what we do with it and what we will never do with it. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us

When you order, you provide a name, a delivery address, an email address and usually a phone number. When you email support, we hold that correspondence so the next person who reads your file knows what was already said. That is the whole list.

Payment details

We never see your full card number. Payment is handled by the processor at checkout, which passes us an authorisation result and the last four digits for reference. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are not stored on our systems and must never be sent to us by email.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server log data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use it to keep the site up and to see which pages people actually read. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Who else touches your data

Three parties, each for one job: the payment processor to take the payment, the fulfilment warehouse and carrier to deliver the parcel, and our email provider to send order confirmations and tracking. Nobody buys your details from us. We do not sell, rent or trade customer lists, and we never will.

Email you receive from us

Order confirmations and shipping notices are transactional and go to everyone who buys. Anything else is optional and carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

Cookies

This store uses only what it needs to function and to count visits in aggregate. There is no cross-site advertising pixel on these pages. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted once any legal record keeping period on the order has passed. We answer within one business day.

Children

BloodPril is an adult product. This store is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
